Shipping and Returns

Shipping
Note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please give your street address for the shipping address.  Most orders ship within 2 business days.

We accept the following methods of payment for US orders : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, Carte Blanche, eChecks, and Paypal online, as well as money orders and cashiers checks by mail. 

We accept the following methods of payment for international orders : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, Carte Blanche,  eChecks, and Paypal online, we accept only international money orders in US funds or wired funds through Western Union.

Also note that if you intend to pay by credit card, we can only ship to the cardholder's address.  No third party addresses, please.

If you wish to pay via paypal then please send us an email at sales@fantasyreplicas.com regarding which item you wish to purchase, and the shipping address to send the item to.  We typically will only ship to the address that corresponds to the paypal account that the funds are sent from, but on rare occasions we can send the item to another address. 

If you have any questions about an order, item, or whether or not an item can be shipped cheaper then feel free to inquire.  All of our shipping quotes are for UPS delivery.  USPS is also available in many instances, but insurance will be required on all packages shipped via USPS.

Returns - United Cutlery Items (United, Hibben, Kit Rae, Fred Carter, Colt, Harley Davidson, and Official Lord of the Rings)
Policy: Returns will be permitted only in the following circumstances:
Warranty returns (defective or damaged goods).
Delivery/administrative errors (shortages, overages, wrong merchandise).

Warranty: All our products have a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We will replace defective items with the same product, where available.  If an exact replacement is not available, we will replace the product with a like item or suitable substitute. For replacement, product must be returned to United Cutlery Corporation, freight prepaid. Items damaged due to abuse, misuse, or neglect will not be eligible for replacement or accepted for return.

Returns - All other items
Policy: Returns will be permitted only in the following circumstances:
Warranty returns (defective or damaged goods). Most claims involving damaged goods will be handled through UPS.  Every item is inspected before it leaves our warehouse.
Delivery/administrative errors (shortages, overages, wrong merchandise).

Warranty: All items in this category carry no warranty.  All sales are final unless the correct product has not been received or the item has damage or major defects. 

On all returns we are not responsible for freight charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer. However, in the event of an incorrect item being received we will take responsibility for the mistake and make sure you receive the correct item without having to pay anything extra.
